Generally, these entries or its contents should be out of scope for entry into Wikidata.
Wikimedia Foundation Memory Bank Data Wiki is an experiment. As such, it will likely undergo future changes which will be determined as the project is developed.
The site's servers are owned and operated by Wikimedia Deutschland as a part of their Wikibase Cloud service.
